PhD proposal in the works

Recently been inspired by reading about my youngest child's coeliac autoimmune condition, links to ADHD (which she also has) and the links between the microbiome and mental health in general. I'm reading lots of journal articles, thinking it might make the most sense for me to do a PhD and research and teach what I'm most interested in - nutritional biochemistry and the links to overall, as well as mental health specifically.

So that's my updated thinking about how I'm going to approach the next few years, rather than pursuing high school teaching any further.
