The years we spend at school are also the years our emotions feel the biggest, our goals seem so far away and self doubt, anxiety and depression afflict so many. Puberty brings difficult hormonal changes and especially in today's time of 24/7 social media, it's hard to find time to rest and take care of our mental wellbeing. I'd argue our mental health is more important than our academic achievements, as without it in tact, we can't use them anyway. We need to work in life but we need to remember to have fun. Balance is crucial. We all struggle at times, it's part of being human. But it passes. And talking about we're going through helps. I don't know how it does, but it does.
